    Co-Founder & President

    Leadership, service, and sustainability—these are the values that fuel Josh’s journey, from his U.S. Army service to his dedication to Alaska’s food security. 
    A family man at heart, Josh is passionate about making a lasting impact on both his community and the future of Alaskan agriculture.
    When he’s not leading AFC, you can find him cheering on his kids at sporting events or enjoying outdoor adventures.

    Co-Founder & CCO

    Samantha brings midwestern grit and creative passion to AFC, driving projects that make a real difference. 
    A hockey player turned community leader, her focus on collaboration is as strong as her desire to make life better for her family and Alaska. 
    From her role as Fundraising Chair of Susitna Rotary to her school board service, Sami’s mission is to keep giving back to the community she loves.

    A former Wasilla City Council member and future Rotary District Governor, his commitment to service extends far beyond AFC.

    Whether hosting international exchange students or guiding AFC’s marketing strategies, Cheryl is always focused on the bigger picture.

    Director of Operations & Facilities

    Randy’s attention to detail and quick wit make him an invaluable asset to AFC. Whether he’s managing logistics in the processing plant or making sure quality is top-notch, his dedication is unmatched. 
    When he’s not perfecting operations, Randy is on the ice coaching his kids’ hockey teams or enjoying family adventures like fishing and rafting.

    A homeschool mom and avid volunteer, Mandy’s dedication to service is as strong as her commitment to AFC’s mission.

  • Chef Dale Keefe

    Dale is a dedicated family man and accomplished chef with a wealth of experience in culinary arts and nutrition. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America Greystone and The California Culinary Academy, he is also a Certified Dietary Manager with specialized training in therapeutic diets.
    Currently the Executive Chef of the Chop House, Dale partners with Alaska Food Co. to bring his culinary expertise to their freeze-dried products, ensuring nutritious, Alaska-grown foods are accessible year-round. With experience developing school lunch programs and elder meal cycles in Anchorage, Dale is passionate about creating meals that are both practical and delicious, aligning with AFC’s mission to provide sustainable food solutions for the future.
